Bestival is the best.

Festival season is slowly drawing to a close and with September brings crowds of new students to every corner of the UK but we have one more festival to work on before that happens.

I have been lucky enough already to have filmed a three day wedding festival and again heading out with my main man Jody Kirton we will be hitting up BESTIVAL alongside Area 51 for the next 5 days shooting video and photos of the whole event!

I love shooting festivals much more than going to them. Although I like many people love music I would much prefer be working and interacting with the bands on a personal level than getting bladdered and not even being able to remember it. I think once the set is finished I will write another post to review the acts, that is if i find time to sit down and get some words to paper.

The image above is from Godiva 2015 which is always a good laugh to shoot most of all as the same photographers cover it year in year out and have developed a cool little crowed with John Coles on the right then myself and Robin Jade then Ken Harrison on the far left.

On reflection I am honestly so humbled that the hard work I have put in to make this my full time career has paid off so I can see and meet so many amazing and cool people! Above is a shot with me and a band called April from Godiva 2016 shot by Ken Harrison. Check them out here.
