Terms & Conditions – Wedissimo Partnership Content
All video and photographic content produced under the packages listed above is created as part of an official content partnership between [Your Company Name] and Wedissimo.
As such, the following terms apply:

All deliverables provided at the stated package prices are intended for use within the Wedissimo marketplace platform and associated Wedissimo promotional channels.

Content hosted on the Wedissimo platform will be presented alongside the band’s profile and will include Wedissimo-branded assets, graphics, or identifiers where applicable.

Branding may include (but is not limited to) platform overlays, end cards, templates, or visual treatments consistent with Wedissimo’s brand guidelines.

Bands retain the right to promote their own profile on Wedissimo using the supplied content; however, removal or alteration of Wedissimo branding is not permitted for content provided under this partnership.

Any usage of the content outside of the Wedissimo platform (including paid advertising, third-party marketplaces, or re-editing) may require additional licensing or a separate agreement.

Raw footage is not included unless explicitly stated within the selected package.

One round of reasonable amendments is included per package. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

Travel costs and any agreed studio hire fees are charged separately unless otherwise specified.
