1. I am voluntarily participating in this photography/videography session and have no expectation of compensation or payment for the use of my likeness in the Media.
2. I release and discharge the Photographer and the Client from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.
3. The Media may be used by the Photographer and the Client on their respective websites, social media platforms, printed materials, promotional materials, advertising, and other media outlets.
4. I am of legal age and have the right to enter into this agreement, or I am the legal guardian of the minor whose likeness is being used in the Media and have the authority to grant the rights stated herein.
5. This release is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
